Who is this for?
Children ages 11 to 14
This class will prepare the young student for the more advanced portfolio class. There will be an introduction to figure drawing and anatomy. Color theory is addressed, along with the understanding of pigments and saturation. Value is reintroduced to coincide with the reasons and rules of light.
The class meets once a week for an hour. Students are responsible for providing brushes and a canvas panel. *brushes are available for purchase through Acorn
All Materials are non-toxic.
Class size is limited to a maximum of 8 students. Students will be spaced out at alternating easels and are required to remain properly masked (covering mouth and nose) for the duration of class. Parents/Guardians are encouraged to bring hand wipes (baby wipes work great) to pick-up as the hand washing station will be unavailable. Students MUST be picked up on time as there is no space to wait indoors while the next class is in session.

Tuition
- $95.00 per month
- Payment is due in 3 month increments on the first of the month.
- Enrollment is ongoing.

September – June
- Monday: 6 p.m.
- Tuesday: 4 p.m.
- Wednesday: 4 p.m.
- Thursday: 5 p.m. & 6 p.m.
- Friday: 3 p.m.
These classes will be closed in the months of July and August.
